Safety Manager ACI is seeking a proactive and experienced Safety Manager to lead the implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of our corporate safety program across office and field operations. You bring at least six years of hands‑on safety experience, strong knowledge of OSHA/MOSHA and other regulatory standards, and the ability to translate requirements into practical, field‑ready solutions. With excellent communication and leadership skills, you can influence teams at all levels, investigate and resolve safety challenges, and foster a culture where safety is prioritized every day. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement safety programs, training, audits, and corrective actions. Monitor compliance with OSHA, MOSHA, DOT, CDL, and hazardous materials regulations. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Advise leadership on best practices and support field teams in resolving safety concerns. Actively engage with job sites, leading toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training. Candidate Profile & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, or related field (preferred). 6+ years safety management experience in construction or mechanical services. Strong knowledge of OSHA/MOSHA, DOT, CDL, and hazardous materials regulations. Professional safety certifications (CSP, CIH, CHSM) preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to travel regularly and work hands‑on at field sites. What We Offer Competitive salary + annual bonus.
