Welder

Summary:Responsible for joining metal parts together to create products or structures using a variety of welding techniques.Does this position require Patient Care? NoEssential Functions:-Reading and interpreting blueprints and welding plans to determine the appropriate welding technique and materials needed.-Setting up welding equipment and ensuring it is in proper working order. -Welding and fusing metal parts together using a variety of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.-Inspecting and testing welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. -Maintaining and repairing welding equipment as needed.-Following safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing welding tasks. -Communicating with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to ensure welding projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
