Are you dependable, caring, and passionate about working with young children? We’re looking for a reliable and responsible Assistant Teacher to support our lead teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment at our early childhood education center.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist lead teachers in the classroom with daily routines, activities, and supervision
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children
- Support children's learning through play, exploration, and structured activities
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Follow all health, safety, and center policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- A dependable team player who is enthusiastic about working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from lead teachers and supervisors
- Previous experience in a child care setting is a plus but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet licensing requirements

Work Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Window for available shifts.
- Occasional evening or weekend hours for special events, staff meeting or trainings.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience.
