What You'll Do: Lead the negotiation and drafting of retail, office, and commercial lease agreements Advise landlords, developers, and property owners on complex real estate matters Support acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions Counsel clients on risk management, strategy, and transaction structuring Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's real estate platform What You Bring: J.D. and active New York Bar admission 8+ years of real estate transactional experience Significant commercial leasing experience, particularly on the landlord side Exposure to acquisitions, dispositions, and financing matters Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and client management skills Strong business judgment and the ability to manage matters independently Why Join?
