Capital Markets - real estate finance, Attorney (Senior Attorney)

Position The Capital Markets team is seeking an experienced real estate finance attorney to support our commercial mortgage securitization practice. Familiarity with loan level due diligence is preferred but not necessary. Responsibilities Interact with clients and draft and review disclosure in offering materials. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in real estate finance or related areas. Legal education: A law degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Member of the Bar in the United States. Compensation and Benefits Non‑partnership track opportunity with a salary range of $100,000 to $430,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Eligible for annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
