Structured Finance Associate (2–5 Years' Experience) Work on sophisticated transactions representing a broad client base that includes banks, private equity and hedge funds, finance companies, and public/private corporations. Key responsibilities: Advise on structured finance transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, servicing agreements, and financings Draft and negotiate complex transactional documents Manage communications with clients and counterparties Collaborate on all aspects of deal execution and closings Support the team with strategic, high-value matters This is a strong fit for candidates looking to deepen their deal experience within a close-knit, high-performing team. Financial Services Regulatory Associate (3–5 Years' Experience) Engage in cutting-edge regulatory work with a focus on consumer and commercial credit regulation and licensing. Key responsibilities: Navigate a range of federal and state regulatory issues Draft legal memoranda and conduct deep-dive research Support regulatory due diligence for investors and lenders Help manage licensing matters for a wide variety of clients Collaborate with a team nationally recognized for regulatory insight This is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your regulatory expertise while working closely with leaders in the field.
