Job Purpose The Associate Program Manager is responsible for overall customer service and satisfaction, including delivery, quality, flexibility, communication and responsiveness for assigned accounts. Nature of Duties/Responsibilities Managing and developing project plans. Managing the activities of a cross‑functional team(s) to ensure completion of the project on time. Reviewing status with the customer and the management team. Understanding and driving written understanding of the project and developing Contract/MSA terms with the customer and the business development team. Maintaining good customer relationships to avoid escalations. Driving effective meetings with both internal and external teams. Timely resolution of issues and escalation as soon as it is required to avoid delays in project completion. Ensuring timely implementation of ECOs. Ensuring proper closure of customer‑related A/R issues. Being responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met. Ensuring all program‑related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer’s contract. Understanding all aspects required to launch a new program or order. Managing customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business development. Understanding Sanmina offerings for vertical integration and directing the customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina products or services. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Contract MFG experience desired. Experience in mechanical, electrical and integration. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to multitask. 0–2 years of Program Manager experience (preferred but not required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team player. Ability to work independently and quickly under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Actual base pay within this range will be based on a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills. The total rewards package also includes health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays, paid time off for vacation and personal business, and, depending on the role, eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
