Our team utilizes their expertise and ingenuity to create innovative original concepts or provide creative solutions to existing high-performance designs./ppSummary: The Shipping Receiving position is an incredibly detail-oriented, fast-moving role that is responsible for shipping, receiving, moving and stocking shelves, and inventory control, upkeep and organization of the physical stockrooms, and data maintenance of key inventory systems. You will love this position if you feel satisfied making lists and then checking those items off, making quick delivery runs, maintaining a very organized stock room and working with a high energy, vibrant team. Youll get 12,000+ steps every day, and no two days are exactly the same. This department is the heartbeat of our eCommerce business - every product, part and consumable flows through this crew: accuracy, energy and good vibes are key!/ppLocation: New Hudson, MI/ppPay: $20 - $22/hour/ppUniforms: Provided/ppCompany celebrations, Family events, and BBQs!/ppStatus: Temp-to-Hire, with the opportunity to convert to Regular full-time after 90 days/ph3Essential Duties/h3ulliCycle counting of parts with reconciliation of discrepancies to report data/liliPick and pack orders (for both internal and external customers)/liliMonitors and maintains current inventory levels and provide order recommendations/liliOperating, loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting, and maintaining the company delivery vehicles (cargo vans and box truck- must have or be willing to obtain and pass a chaffeurs license and DOT physical)/liliLoading /Unloading of trucks with forklift/liliMaintain general organization and cleanliness of Truck Bay and Loading Dock areas, stockrooms, and offsite storage/liliMaintain the stock of building consumables (gloves, lubricants, zip ties, etc.)/liliShipping and Receiving (inspection, performing proper transactions in pertinent system, loading, FIFO material received)/liliSupport of other Stores personnel as needed/liliSupport race operations on weekends nights with minimal notice (overtime is mandatory at times)/liliContributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed/li/ulh3Education and Experience/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/lili1+ year(s) experience with inventory control or shipping receiving/liliValid drivers license (chauffeurs license or CDL-B preferred)/liliGood driving record with no violations/liliForklift driving experience (required)/liliAbility to self-manage and deliver on time/liliExcellent interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally./liliDedicated to seeing tasks through to completion/li/ulh3Physical Requirements/Work Environment/h3pThe employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
