CVS Health is seeking an RN Case Manager to work remotely. You will telephonically and in some cases face-to-face assess, plan, implement, and coordinate case management to evaluate medical needs and promote overall wellness. Applicants must hold an active RN license in their state of residence; multiple-state licensure is welcome. Normal hours are Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:30pm in the resident time zone, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr CVS Health
