This shift (8:30-7pm M-Th) requires some charge responsibilities to be fulfilled after hours (3-7p / 5-7p)
10hr shifts yes, 12hr shifts-no. On lower volume days or if cases finish up in the CV OR, they may be asked to float to the Main OR, which is expected of all team members, not just travelers.

Do you know the average # of surgeries for the CVOR per day and # of Drs? : By day, the range is 1-9, depending on volume and surgeons. Average number of cases per week is between 25-30.

The true need is 5 8s if the candidate is able, but I can be flexible with the schedule to support 4 10-hour shifts when we can accommodate, especially if candidates are willing or able to float to the Main OR.
, I currently have 2 RNs that can scrub so it's not an absolute requirement for an RN to be able to scrub and circulate. If the RNs have strong CV experience and can only circulate, we'll accept these candidates.
