Seeking Experienced HHA for ALF - Competitive Pay and Full time Schedule!

We're seeking a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at a reputable Assisted Living Facility (ALF). As an HHA, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch care and support to residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia.

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing/showering, and eating
- Provide support with personal and household chores, including tidying up rooms, errands, and delivering mail/newspapers
- Transport residents within the community to meals, enrichment activities, and other programs as needed
- Ensure resident care plans are reviewed and followed consistently
- Observe and monitor residents for behavioral changes and/or adverse reactions to medications or treatment plans

Requirements

Home Health Aide certification is REQUIRED
Ability to understand, read, write, and effectively verbally communicate in English
