As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring automotive maintenance and repair services, ensuring their satisfaction and building lasting relationships.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing guidance and recommendations based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines.Schedule service appointments and coordinate service orders with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicles and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.Review service estimates with customers, explaining recommended repairs and associated costs, and obtain approval for work to be performed.Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient completion of repairs, while maintaining high-quality standards.Process payments for services rendered, including collecting payment, processing invoices, and preparing documentation for customer records.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service transactions, and vehicle service histories using dealership management software.Qualifications:Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and service team members.Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including dealership management systems and Microsoft Office suite.Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career within the Murgado Automotive Group.Supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.If you are a service-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!
