Service Advisor – EAG Ford Mount Pleasant

Mount Pleasant, TX | Full-Time

EAG Ford Mount Pleasant is hiring a Service Advisor. You'd be the main contact for our customers, from the moment they pull into the drive until they drive away. If you like people, stay organized under pressure, and want to be paid more when you perform, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do

• Greet customers, do a walkaround on every vehicle, and write accurate repair orders
• Explain the tech's findings and recommended maintenance in plain language, and sell the work that's needed
• Keep customers updated with calls, texts, and video from the time the car is dropped off until it's picked up
• Work with techs, parts, and warranty to get vehicles fixed right the first time and on time
• Handle Ford warranty, recall, and Ford Protect claims the right way
• Deliver finished vehicles, go over the work, and ask for great survey scores

What we're looking for

• Service advisor experience at a dealership is preferred, and Ford experience is a big plus
• We'll also train the right person from retail, parts, or tech work who has strong people and sales skills
• Comfortable with a DMS (CDK, Reynolds, or similar) and a busy phone
• Reliable, professional, and follows through
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
