Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per diem Physical Therapy (PT) position to join our team of skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility . Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents’ conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands‑on therapy & stretching Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort PT Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program Current New York State PT License What we offer our Physical Therapists Highly competitive compensation Mentorship and clinical support for all therapists Willing to hire and train new grad physical therapists!
