Position Responsibilities:Content Creation & Production Capture and produce high-quality photo and video UGC-style content (practice sessions, competitions, academics, campus life, interviews, behind-the-scenes). Edit and deliver short-form video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms. Develop creative concepts aligned with brand campaigns and seasonal priorities. Create graphics, captions, and motion assets that reflect brand voice and visual standards. Social Media Strategy & Execution Execute content calendars across core social platforms. Identify and leverage trending topics, sounds, and sports moments in real time. Collaborate with coaches, athletes, and internal departments to source compelling stories. Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth. Brand & Community Engagement Support partnerships and sponsored content deliverables. Highlight athlete achievements, commitments, and milestones. Engage with the IMG Academy online community in a timely and authentic manner. Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels. Collaborate cross-functionally with sports, admissions, academics, and campus teams to ensure accurate content and alignment with seasonal priorities and business goals. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Minimum 4+ years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in sports, athletics, or performance training environments. Strong photography and videography skills. Deep understanding of current social media trends and platform best practices. Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and CapCut to edit, resize, and crop images and video for use in social media. Knowledge of social media management platforms like Sprout Social, Influencer, Opendorse, etc. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for games and events. Preferred Skills: Experience working with athletes, sports organizations, or youth sports brands. On-camera comfort and storytelling ability. Drone certification (FAA Part 107) is a plus. Physical Demands and Work Environment: The role will occasionally require extended and weekend hours during peak seasons The role may require lifting, moving, pushing or pulling equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc. Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required Background Requirements: Requires a background check upon offer Requires a drug test upon offer This position requires a Florida Level 2 Background Screening.
