This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.YOUR TEAM. Responsibilities include but not limited to:You will be responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships.You will help generate opportunities within existing clients, as well as meeting with and pursuing new clients.You will develop a thorough understanding of all audit, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals.Work with a team to meet various department deadlines throughout the yearAssist with the process and review of 1065 tax returnsOther Ad Hoc projects as neededYOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have:Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Accounting/Taxation preferredCPA, JD or EA requiredMinimum of 6 years of progressive tax experience, include compliance and multi-state tax matters1+ years of supervisory experienceReal Estate industry experience preferredExceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationshipsAbility to lead, manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environmentProven technical skills with MS Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookCompetence with tax compliance and research software to include CCH Axcess, BNA portfolio and projection, RIA CheckpointSolid project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.In addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards.Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.
