Firefly Children and Family Alliance is hiring a part-time Home-based Case Manager in Muncie, Indiana. In this role, you will work directly with families in Delaware, Grant, Blackford, Wells, Adams, Jay, and Randolph counties, providing educational support and transportation. Responsibilities include monitoring family progress, creating service plans, and conducting needs assessments.
