Legal Accounting & Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities Run semi-monthly and off-cycle payroll using Dayforce Ensure accurate pay, deductions, taxes, and employee records Handle garnishments, levies, and other court-ordered wage deductions Produce payroll reports for management Process accounts payable including vendor invoices and new vendor setup Reconcile expense reports and corporate credit cards Issue checks and handle trust-related payments Support month-end and year-end accounting close processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years in payroll and accounts payable Law firm or professional services experience preferred Strong confidentiality standards Strong organization and ability to juggle multiple deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
