Starion Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Fargo, North Dakota to deliver high-quality service, coordination, and operational support to clients and internal partners. Location : Fargo, North Dakota Key Responsibilities: Manages Commercial accounts and provide exceptional service with accuracy in processing renewals, endorsements, policies, and audits by agency timelines; ensure timely processing of invoices and client requests. Manage client/carrier correspondence and maintain updated client information in the agency management system. Obtain quotes from carriers for new and existing business; review carrier proposals for accuracy and prepare client documents. Act as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues; follow Starion standards, policies, and procedures. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in insurance servicing and ownership of a client book and retention outcomes, typically acquired through three to five years of similar or related experience. A college degree or equivalent work experience Active Property & Casualty license required.
