Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor is a key member of the Frontline Facility Partners team, responsible for overseeing service execution, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across a portfolio of commercial properties. This position serves as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractor partners, and internal teams to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to Frontline's high standards.

The successful candidate will manage subcontractor performance, conduct site visits and quality inspections, resolve service-related issues, and proactively support customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build productive partnerships while driving results in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a combination of remote work and field based responsibilities, making it ideal for a self motivated professional who enjoys relationship management, problem-solving, and operational leadership.

Requirements:

 

• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with national clients across multiple service lines, including facility maintenance, landscaping, and snow and ice management. 
• Develop and manage subcontractor partnerships to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. 
• Establish strong professional relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers. 
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations, Sales, and Management, to meet customer expectations and performance goals. 
• Meet assigned revenue growth, profitability, and strategic account goals. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintain high customer satisfaction, and promptly address concerns. 
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to improve the customer experience and support client retention. 
• Stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 
• Perform hands-on site management tasks as needed to ensure service quality. 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in field operations, vendor management, or subcontractor coordination within construction, facility management, landscaping, or a related industry. 
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. 
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory. 
• Proficiency with CRM and project management software is preferred. 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
