SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Job TitleJob DescriptionYou will directly supervise civilians and military staff across two learning sites within the Hampton Roads area.You will provide advice and instruction to employees on both technical and administrative matters, i.e. time and attendance, performance appraisal, etc.You will serve as primary point of contact for student support inquiries and issues from outside agencies, providing technical advice and support.You will develop and maintains current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all student administrative services, to ensure highest level of accountability and efficiency of work unitYou will develop and maintain Continuous Process Improvement Plans for CeTARS data integrity to ensure the most efficient methods are employed and the highest level of customer service is being administered.You will manage and oversee the student management functions for the Command, validate student throughput and impact to instructor and facility requirements, and oversee staff-in-house training to maintain competency levels to support mission.
