Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor to lead the Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Recovery Care Specialist programs at our Rockbridge Treatment facility. You will supervise staff, interns, and volunteers, ensuring services follow individual treatment plans and state requirements. You will hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff, coordinate program operations with the Clinical Director, and maintain compliance with Minnesota statutes while upholding MnTC's #J-18808-Ljbffr MnTC
