Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in software development. 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role. 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role. 5 years of experience in distributed storage (e.g., cloud storage, object stores). Experience with storage as a service and machine learning. Preferred qualifications Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field. 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$365,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead other managers and executive individual contributors to develop a bold roadmap and organize the team to deliver it. Partner with and influence Director-level and above stakeholders from various organizations across the company. Lead the team with empathy and support each individual to grow in their role.
