Location: Scotia, NY
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, interacting with customers, and helping keep an office running efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
• Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate office records
• Organize filing systems and maintain front desk operations
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Support management with administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Maintain office supply inventory and assist with general office organization

What We're Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing administrative role preferred
• High school diploma required
• Strong Excel skills, including data entry, tallying totals, and uploading information
• Experience using CRM systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Easygoing, flexible personality with the ability to work well within a strong team culture
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, no-drama attitude
