Senior Multi-Process Welder & Fitter - Tanks & Steel

Capitol Engineering Co. is seeking a Welder/Fitter 3 for our Phoenix fabrication shop. This senior role performs complex, high-quality welds across multiple processes on carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, and AR plate, following blueprints and WPS. You will mentor junior welders, read full engineering drawings, and ensure safety and quality standards on the shop floor. We require 8+ years of production welding/fabrication experience, full qualification across MIG, Flux-Core, Stick, and TIG, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Capitol Engineering Co.
