Position Overview

The Admin Functional Support 2 will provide administrative and data-support activities for functional areas such as Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources, or specific business/technical projects .

The role focuses heavily on data collection, tracking, analysis, reporting, process improvement, and providing information to functional teams .

Key Responsibilities

• Support functional areas such as Finance, Purchasing, and Human Resources.
• Gather, collect, record, track, and verify data from multiple sources.
• Compile, review, and analyze data and information.
• Use software applications to create:
  • Reports
  • Statistics
  • Timelines
  • Tables
  • Graphs
  • Correspondence
  • Presentations
• Design or improve processes to enhance workflow.
• Provide data and information to team members regarding functional processes and procedures.
• Support specific business, technical, or project-related activities.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Plus 2 years of additional education and/or experience
