$50K–$65K expected first year + uncapped commission
$6,000 training bonus (first 6 months)

We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of the Lincoln territory and help businesses improve how they operate through technology.
If you’re motivated, comfortable talking to people, and want a role where your income can grow based on your activity—this is a strong entry point into B2B sales or a solid next step if you already have experience.
You won’t be thrown in alone—we provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and a proven sales process to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do- Build and manage relationships with local businesses in your assigned territory
- Generate new business through outreach, networking, and prospecting
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right technology solutions (print, document workflow, and related services)
- Prepare and present proposals to decision-makers
- Close deals and grow a portfolio of long-term clients
- Track activity and manage your pipeline using CRM tools
- Work with internal support teams to ensure a strong customer experience
- Guaranteed base salary + uncapped commission
- $6,000 training bonus during your first 6 months

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized with good time management habits
- Willingness to learn and apply a sales process
- Comfortable using basic technology tools
- 1–3 years of sales experience is helpful, but not required
- We’re open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and work ethic
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within your territory
- Learn our products, sales process, and territory
- Begin outreach and setting appointments with local businesses
- Shadow experienced reps and receive hands-on coaching
- Start building your pipeline and closing your first deals
