Salary Range: $536,575.00 to $729,087.00. Potential Premium Earnings: $80,136.00. Salary range includes incentives contingent on skills, competencies, longevity, experience, and geographic location. Earnings are contingent on requisite Board Certification. Potential premium earnings may vary by location. Annual salary is determined by longevity and full-time equivalent work schedule.
