We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
  Duties:
  � Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  � Assist patients with mobility and transfers.
  � Monitor and report changes in patient's health status.
  � Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
  � Support patients with activities of daily living.
  � Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals.
  � Provide companionship for those clients that may need it.
  
  

  Experience:
  � Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required.
  � Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred.
  � Familiarity with senior care and working with people with developmental disabilities.
  � Ability to maintain accurate medical records while using an app to clock in and out.
  � Physical ability to lift and move patients as needed.
  � Plus for aides that are knowledgeable with home care, especially with the DODD (Department of Development Disabilities), may include adults or children.
