Home Health Aide West Chester

Job Summary:

A Place At Home West Chester is seeking a dedicated and caring Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide exceptional care to a client in need, assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication reminders, and mobility assistance.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's well-being.
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the client.
Communicate effectively with the client, their family, and the care team.
Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional care and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.

Requirements:

Home Health Aide West Chester requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
Reliable transportation, updated insurance, and a valid driver's license (must show proof).
Ability to work part-time schedules.
