This role involves creating and maintaining accurate supporting workpapers, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and delivering high-quality tax filings within established deadlines. The position requires hands‑on experience using tax and accounting software such as Lacerte, QuickBooks, Sage 50 (Peachtree), and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of income tax preparation experience in a CPA firm, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required, and CPA candidates are preferred but not required.
