Requirements
- Current RN license in state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor: Required within 60 days of hire or transfer
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or enrolled in upcoming TNCC class: Required
- At least one year ICU or Step-Down/Progressive Care, High Risk Labor and Delivery or ER experience in the last 5 years: Required
- Associate Degree (A.S.) or equivalent: Required
- Completion of Critical Care Course (or equivalent experience): Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate nursing interventions in stable and emergent patient situations.
- Administer medications and manage intravenous therapy, including blood products.
- Care for and maintain indwelling catheters and drains, ensuring safe use of medical equipment in critical care settings.
- Accurately interpret ECG rhythm and manage care during life-threatening emergencies.
- Care for and manage patients post coronary intervention and post permanent pacemaker placement.
- Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to ancillary personnel.

Compliance / Notes
- Must have current Epic experience.
- Auto Offer, EPIC Backfill.
