Your work may include: Managing personal injury matters from litigation through resolution Developing liability, damages and overall case strategy Drafting and responding to written discovery Taking and defending depositions Drafting and arguing motions Working with medical professionals and expert witnesses Preparing matters for mediation and settlement negotiations Evaluating settlement opportunities and case value Preparing cases for trial Maintaining direct communication with clients Working collaboratively with attorneys and litigation support professionals The caseload may include automobile accidents, premises liability, serious injury, wrongful death and other negligence-related claims. Ideal Candidate Profile Approximately 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience Active admission to the California Bar Compensation & Working Arrangement Base salary: Up to $200,000 Additional compensation: Performance-based bonus/commission opportunity, generally ranging from approximately 1%-5% depending on experience and overall compensation structure. Working arrangement: Primarily onsite, five days per week. Some flexibility may be considered for an exceptional, experienced candidate.
