Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing department in the execution of JAG Physical Therapy’s marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on grassroots marketing, community events, brand execution, promotional materials, and day-to-day marketing operations .

Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of grassroots initiatives from preparation through completion. This role helps ensure events, sponsorships, community opportunities, and marketing projects are organized, properly staffed, on schedule, and executed according to JAG’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of grassroots marketing initiatives across JAG’s footprint.
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration, materials, staffing, schedules, shipping, and setup.
• Communicate event details, expectations, and timelines to Clinical Directors and staff.
• Assist with securing and confirming staff for tabling events and community initiatives.
• Prepare and organize event materials, giveaways, signage, and promotional items.
• Track event statuses, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up items.
• Collect event feedback and participation information to assist with evaluating opportunities.

• Help ensure clinics, events, and community initiatives have the appropriate JAG-branded materials and collateral.
• Assist with distributing and maintaining promotional materials across clinics and markets.
• Support the creation and coordination of materials for new clinic openings and outreach initiatives.
• Work with the Graphic Designer and Brand Marketing Manager to coordinate creative projects and ensure materials are aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with maintaining and organizing the company’s marketing asset library.

• Communicate with vendors and event organizers regarding logistics, deadlines, materials, and deliverables.

• Maintain inventory of JAG giveaways, event materials, promotional items, and collateral.
• Assist with general administrative and operational needs of the Marketing department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of marketing, event coordination, communications, or related experience preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
