The Homewatch Caregiver / Bridgewater location is looking for a high-energy Marketing Representative to develop relationships with referral sources and generate referrals for home care services. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to generate new business in the home care industry or senior care industry and as established relationships that can start generating new business immediately. This indidual must be albe to develop and maintain both business and client relationships. This candidate would also need to be a self-motivator, efficient in keeping notes and highly organized. 

You will be apart of a dynamic team that promotes collaboration and values creating fantastic patient care. 

We are looking for:

•A Candidiate to conduct promotional or educational activities such as presentations, networking meetings, health fairs, marketing activities such digital media (social media, blogs, newsletters) delivering brouchers / flyers

•Experience Marketer in the home care space

•Proven track record, specifically for Medicaid Waiver Referrals

•Established relationships with nursing facilities, hospitals, and territorial knowledge of local areas and referral sources. 

•Knowledge of Home care/ Medicaid eligibility/ VA

•Knowledge of M.S. Office

•Detalied orientated, collaborator, effective communicator, and strong follow up skills

•3-5 years experience working in the home care industry

•Solid, proven track record of meeting referral metrics, specifically for private pay clients.
