Inside Sales Manager – B2B (Build & Lead Team)

We are a Florida-based lubricant manufacturer looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Manager to build and lead our outbound sales team.
This is not a passive management role — you will actively build the sales system, manage daily activity, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage inside sales team (calls, follow-ups, CRM)
• Set and enforce daily KPIs (calls, conversations, deals)
• Train, coach, and monitor sales reps
• Improve scripts and closing processes
• Track performance and report results directly to ownership
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing a sales team
• Strong outbound / cold calling background
• B2B sales experience (automotive, industrial, or similar preferred)
