Payroll Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our client's team in the HR sector. In this role, you will contribute to preparing and updating payroll files, collaborating with local partners, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update the news file on a monthly basis for payroll execution in each assigned country.
• Review reports from local partners to ensure consistency with contracts, timesheets, and client updates.
• Collaborate with the Total Care team to ensure accurate payroll reports.
• Ensure correct application of salaries, bonuses, and benefits according to local regulations.
• Audit payroll files to verify correct processing and payment.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting payroll and communicate updates to the Supervisor.
• File documentation to ensure worker folders are up to date.
• Prepare reports on vacations and leaves, ensuring HR management platform is updated monthly.
• Respond to inquiries regarding worker payments, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure timely payment of tax and social security obligations, maintaining communication with local partners.
• Review and validate payroll information on pay stubs prior to submission.
• Keep labor legislation updated in HR Department policies and guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication with the Total Care team to resolve payment-related concerns.
• Prepare G2N reports and compare with G2C, resolving discrepancies with the billing team.
• Keep payroll files updated with current formulas and rates for each payroll item.
• Support and assist in all HR activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in payroll processing, benefit payment, and taxes.
• Knowledge of local or international regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Experience with payroll systems such as BUK, ADP, SAP, etc.
• Attention to detail to avoid errors in calculations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Discreet handling of personal and salary information.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
