The Associate Director position in Student Financial Services is responsible for assisting with supervising departmental staff; assisting HR with tuition assistance; processing International insurance; assisting with Withdrawal process as needed; managing daily operations of SFS office; managing activities related to student accounts receivable for all Troy University Campus locations; assisting financial aid disbursements; assisting students with the financial aid process and registration; assisting students with inquiries regarding their accounts, verification of payments, status of refunds, and the resolution of any disputes; assisting with all billing tables setup for all locations; testing new software enhancements for IT; training current and new employee's on Datatel/Ellucian software; and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications - 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field2. Datatel Experience3. Experience with Excel, Word, Power Point

Preferred Qualifications - 1. Minimum of five years of experience working in a financial services environment, higher education environment, and/or other similar environment2. Minimum of two years of supervisory experience

Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties? - Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility
