Restaurant Manager – Upscale Casual | Award-Winning Concept

A well-known upscale-casual restaurant group is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to join our award-winning team. This locally loved concept continues to evolve and reinvent itself while maintaining the quality, hospitality, and culture that have made it a community favorite.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

5+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or upscale-casual concept
Experience managing $5M–$10M in annual sales volume
Proven hands-on leadership style with strong team development skills
Solid understanding of P&L, labor management, and cost controls
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
