Client Overview Our client is a well-known beauty and lifestyle brand recognized for high-quality body care, skincare, and fragrance products. With a focus on creating a welcoming, sensory-driven shopping experience, the brand combines everyday self-care with a fun, elevated retail environment. They are looking for Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts to help bring their new store to life! Salary/Hourly Rate $20/hr Position Overview The Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts will join the team for a temporary, part-time assignment lasting approximately 3 months, supporting the retail floor leading up to the opening of a new store. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has an interest in beauty and self-care, and wants to be part of an exciting retail environment. Responsibilities Of The Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts
- Welcome customers and create a warm, inviting shopping experience.
- Engage with shoppers, anticipate their needs, and provide helpful recommendations.
- Support daily retail operations and keep the sales floor organized and inviting.
- Help customers explore products and discover new favorites.
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Communicate effectively and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Take initiative to support store goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Follow store policies and procedures.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a retail environment.
- Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic technology skills.
- Ability to stand and remain active throughout a retail shift.
- Previous retail, beauty, or hospitality experience.
- Sales or customer engagement experience.
- Interest in skincare, body care, fragrance, and self-care products.
- Experience creating a personalized, high-quality customer experience.
- No specific education requirement.
