Automotive Parts Customer Service / Sales Representative Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven customer service and/or sales experience
• Strong automotive knowledge and hands-on experience with automotive parts
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs, diagrams, and technical information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities/ Duties:

• Generate accurate parts quotes for customers
• MUST be able to actually install suspension components on customers vehicles
• Provide high-quality customer service and product recommendations
• Perform proactive customer follow-up
• Assist warehouse personnel during large or complex order
• Manage inventory control tasks (stock checks, cycle counts, etc.)
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager

Duties will include:

• Organized and keeping your work area clean
• Walking the warehouse
• Good written and verbal skills
• Ability to Lift up to 25 pounds
• Google Worksheets, Excel, Microsoft and experience is a MUST
