Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate and efficient work. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople to coordinate and execute electrical work. Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Stay up-to-date with the latest electrical codes, technologies, and best practices. Mentor and train junior electricians and other team members as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associate degree in electrical technology or related field. 2+ years of experience in electrical work, with a strong background in residential and commercial electrical systems. Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record. Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant safety standards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in various positions and conditions.
