Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead for Shipping & Receiving to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory flow, and lead a team to meet operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing people, and advanced technical capabilities in data analysis and systems.

Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods
· Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates, ensuring high performance and engagement
· Monitor productivity, workflow, and KPIs to meet operational targets
· Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and procedures
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (planning, production, and logistics)
· Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
· Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to optimize efficiency
· Generate and analyze operational reports to support decision-making

Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in Shipping & Receiving or Warehouse Operations
· Strong people management and leadership skills
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, data analysis)
· Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization
· Knowledge of IT systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP systems
· Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar)
· Familiarity with AI tools and automation systems to improve operational efficiency

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or related field (preferred)
· Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
