In-Home Behavioral Therapist
Looking for a rewarding position that offers a supportive work environment with the flexibility to make your own schedule? Look no further! Lotus is a growing agency that provides services for a variety of ages with children with autism.
As part of a growing agency, we are now providing additional services for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home setting. A variety of locations per employee preference include the Hartford, Bristol, Manchester, Middletown, and surrounding areas.
Lotus Family Behavioral Services is seeking enthusiastic individuals with experience to provide support for children and youth with developmental or emotional needs. In-home child or youth supports requirements.
- Experience implementing treatment plans
- Practice with collecting and graphing behavior data
- Knowledge in positive programming / skill building
- Knowledge of fostering a safe emotional environment
- Works effectively with parents/caregivers on how to help children or youth learn new skills
- Has patience when interacting with clients
- Able to work independently and have a flexible working schedule
- Autism experience preferred
Hours include afternoon and evening hours.
