Director, Supply Chain

The Director, Supply Chain will provide strategic leadership for the Metals supply chain network, with responsibility for planning, purchasing, logistics, capacity management, and execution across multiple global manufacturing locations. Operating in a highly technical, process- and machine-driven environment, this leader will oversee the translation of finished goods demand into Metals production plans and capacity scenarios across both internal and external manufacturing operations. They will lead a global team of planning and purchasing professionals while partnering closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, and supplier partners to ensure alignment between demand, production capacity, material availability, and supplier forecasts. As the central Supply Chain leader for the Metals network, this individual will play a critical role in facilitating communication, resolving and escalating constraints, and developing the processes and capabilities needed to support an evolving global manufacturing network.How you'll make an impact:Plan and direct complex activities (e.g. site procurement, vendor selection and negotiation) across multiple value streams with the accountability for successful completion of all deliverables.
