Director, Supply Chain

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead the Metals supply chain network across global manufacturing locations. The role requires strategic oversight of planning, purchasing, logistics, and capacity management while directing a global team of planning and purchasing professionals to support cardiovascular medical device delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex procurement, vendor selection, and negotiation across multiple value streams
• Lead global team of planning and purchasing professionals with hiring and termination authority
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and S&OP processes
• Oversee materials management from demand forecasting through finished goods delivery across locations
• Drive continuous improvement culture using lean, Six Sigma, and EPS methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field plus experience in planning, purchasing, warehousing, or materials management
• Demonstrated track record in people management
• 10+ years of related supply chain experience
• Experience in highly regulated industry environments
• Knowledge of planning, purchasing, and logistics procedures and systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, JDE, and Advanced Planning Systems
• Lean Six Sigma belt certification preferred
