We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager for our Salt Lake City, UT facility.

Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including inventory management, production scheduling, materials planning, procurement, and supplier relations. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of materials and products to support manufacturing operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of supply chain staff

Develop and manage inventory strategies for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods

Coordinate production and material scheduling to support operational goals

Manage procurement, logistics, and vendor relationships

Analyze inventory trends and drive cost-saving initiatives

Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with audit standards

Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain efforts with business objectives

Support new product introductions and engineering changes

Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (required); Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering preferred

5+ years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment

3+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management

Experience with procurement, shipping/receiving, commodity selection, and vendor pricing

Strong knowledge of raw materials, finished goods, and material handling

Demonstrated track record of on-time delivery and cost control

Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening

Willingness to relocate (if applicable)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-based with occasional visits to production areas

May require lifting up to 25 lbs.

Eposure to typical manufacturing conditions such as noise, fumes, and temperature variations

Travel:

Occasional travel, less than 10%
