Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service while promoting a customer-first culture.
• Supervise and coordinate Front End Clerks, Courtesy Clerks, and Customer Service Clerks.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Monitor front-end operations to ensure optimal customer flow, service levels, and store presentation.
• Serve as an overflow cashier and perform cash handling duties as needed.
• Manage cash control processes, including register tills, safe transactions, loans, pickups, refunds, checks, and rain checks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain front-end supply inventories and order merchandise as needed.
• Respond to operational emergencies, pricing discrepancies, system issues, and customer incidents.
• Conduct store walks, delegate assignments, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed.
• Monitor in-stock conditions and coordinate replenishment of merchandise as needed.
• Assist with basic cash office functions and administrative responsibilities.
• Supervise store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping and working environment.
