Main Responsibilities Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service while promoting a customer-first culture. Supervise and coordinate Front End Clerks, Courtesy Clerks, and Customer Service Clerks. Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively. Monitor front-end operations to ensure optimal customer flow, service levels, and store presentation. Serve as an overflow cashier and perform cash handling duties as needed. Manage cash control processes, including register tills, safe transactions, loans, pickups, refunds, checks, and rain checks. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Maintain front-end supply inventories and order merchandise as needed. Respond to operational emergencies, pricing discrepancies, system issues, and customer incidents. Conduct store walks, delegate assignments, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed. Monitor in-stock conditions and coordinate replenishment of merchandise as needed. Assist with basic cash office functions and administrative responsibilities. Supervise store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping and working environment.
