Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Join Sodexo as an onsite Facilities Maintenance Coordinator supporting our valued airline client from our Kent, Washington location. In this important role, you will help coordinate airport facility repairs across locations through the continental US. This Sodexo role will coordinate reactive and preventative work orders with vendors, local Chief Engineers and our clients for airport Air Cargo, Hangar, and Terminal facilities. Some travel is required. Must be able to walk through large facilities. What you’ll bring Associate degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of facilities coordination and airline or airport experience, CMMS skills, query and report creation, Microsoft Office and database experience, strong communication and customer service orientation. Proven experience in facilities management or coordination, with a strong grasp of day‑to‑day building operations. Working knowledge of maintenance, janitorial, security, and mailroom services, with the skillset to manage vendors and service contracts. Experience in space planning and optimizing physical layouts to improve functionality and workplace flow. A proactive approach to safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance with building and environmental standards. Organizational and communication skills, with the skillset to collaborate effectively across teams and respond quickly to operational needs.
